The Beginning... It all started when two people fell in love. Kevin and Ashlie were married in October 2004 and were sealed in the temple in December of 2005. We now have four beautiful children Brooklynn, Alex, Lilly and Kamryn. We are busy raising kids, working, and lots of playing! Here is our story as it unfolds in the pursuit of “Raising the Norman’s”
Kevin surgery update
Well Kevin went in for surgery on Wed. Nov 19. We went to the hospital at 5:30 in the morning and he was taken to holding around 7. At 9:40 the nurse said they had been underway for about 40 minutes. What was supposed to be only an hour and a half finally finished about 1:40. Dr. Jackson said the surgery was much harder to perform and because of his hip disease there was so much deterioration and old scar tissue that the new hip was very hard to get in. He lost a lot of blood and spent over two hours in recovery. He's been making a very slow recovery and as of tonight (Saturday) he is still in the hospital but hopefully coming home in the morning. He's very sore and will be on crutches for 4-6 weeks! Ouch :(

Wow that sounds horrible. Hopefully things start getting better. Good luck we hope you guys have a quick and as painless recovery as possible.
